Parmeshwar Ganapati has made humans dependent and social. A single human has no existence; a single human cannot be self-reliant, but a village, a city, a country, or a society can be self-reliant. Parmeshwar Ganapati has established Varna to make the village, city, country, and society self-reliant. Before the creation of the universe.
Parmeshwar Ganapati had made a rule for the universe: whenever an object or subject is created in the universe, it will be necessary to create an opposite subject. To follow this rule, Parmeshwar Ganapati had to create Avarna, the opposite of Varna.
If Parmeshwar Ganapati had made all humans of the same Varna, then one human would not be of any use to another person, and man would have had to do all the different tasks himself, and humans would not have been able to achieve anything.
One human is useful to another human, another human is useful to the third human, and in this way all humans are useful to each other and make the society self-reliant. Therefore, Parmeshwar Ganapati has established 4 Varnas like Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra, etc. And to create opposition to Varna, Parmeshwar established 2 Avarna, like achhut and Chandal, etc.

A human gets Brahmin Varna on the basis of the karma of his previous birth and the karma of the present birth. The son of a Brahmin father can be a Brahmin, because to provide the necessary facilities for a Brahmin, God Vishnu gets the human reborn in a Brahmin family. A person gets Vaishya Varna on the basis of the karma of the previous birth and the karma of the present birth. The son of a Vaishya father can be a Vaishya, because to provide the necessary facilities to a Vaishya, God Vishnu gets the person reborn in a Vaishya family. Therefore, God did not give the tendency of achhut varna to all humans but gave achhut varna to some humans. And gave the demonic Gana the power to enter only the humans of achhut varna and work for a livelihood.
A person gets the achhut varna on the basis of the karma of his previous birth and the karma of the present birth. The son of an achhut father can be an achhut, because to provide the necessary facilities to an achhut, god Vishnu makes the person reborn in an achhut family.
